Shipping and Returns
Our small orders of bundles of egg cartons and other items ship via FedEx Home Delivery. Shipping times vary by location; please allow 1-5 days. Orders ship the day they are placed or the following day depending of time the order is placed. Orders of 2,000 or more of Egg cartons ship with an LTL carrier. Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses excluding Alaska and Hawaii Unless customer wants to pay added shipping.
Free shipping on egg cartons only. Poultry equipment and supplies require additional shipping charge.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted only if item is defected or damaged. Your satisfaction is 100 percent guaranteed.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any of our items.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment .
