Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (or oil)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk or cream (optional for creamier texture)

Instructions:

  1. Crack the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are fully blended.
  2. Add Milk: If you want creamier eggs, add 2 tablespoons of milk or cream to the eggs and whisk again.
  3. Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet on medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Pour the eggs into the skillet. Let them cook undisturbed for about 20 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, scraping the cooked eggs from the edges.
